Pelatihan Penyusunan Bahan Ajar (Buku Ajar, E-book, dan Multimedia Pembelajaran) Universitas Sam Ratulangi Tahun 2026

Ketersediaan bahan ajar yang terstruktur menjadi kebutuhan penting untuk mendukung pembelajaran berbasis capaian dan pemanfaatan teknologi pendidikan di perguruan tinggi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan dosen Universitas Sam Ratulangi dalam menyusun bahan ajar berupa buku ajar, e-book, dan multimedia pembelajaran. Kegiatan dilaksanakan oleh Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu dan Pengembangan Pembelajaran Universitas Sam Ratulangi pada 30-31 Maret 2026 secara hybrid dan diikuti 49 dosen dari berbagai fakultas. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyampaian materi oleh narasumber, tanya jawab atau diskusi, dan praktik penyusunan rancangan bahan ajar. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pretes, postes, dan penugasan. Materi pelatihan mencakup pengembangan materi ajar, hibah buku ajar/e-book/multimedia, prosedur seleksi dan pelaporan, penyusunan outline, prosedur penerbitan, ragam multimedia pembelajaran, teknik dan praktik pembuatan video pembelajaran, serta format buku ajar dan buku referensi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata nilai peserta dari 62 pada pretes menjadi 81 pada postes. Penugasan peserta juga menunjukkan kinerja baik dalam penyusunan rancangan awal bahan ajar. Kegiatan ini memperkuat kapasitas dosen dan perlu dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan penyelesaian naskah serta pengembangan multimedia pembelajaran.
