Perkembangan teknologi yang begitu pesat berpengaruh juga pada perkembangan Jaringan Komputer. Jaringan komputer yang baik sangat bergantung pada topologi jaringan yang dibentuk dan implementasi Algoritma Routing yang sesuai dengan topologi jaringan tersebut.

Jaringan komputer di kampus Universitas Sam Ratulangi (UNSRAT) dipilih untuk diimplementasikan algoritma routing yang sesuai dengan topologi jaringan kampussehingga perlu dilakukan analisa untuk mendapatkan Algoritma Routingyang sesuai.

Algoritma RoutingOSPF dan Algoritma RoutingBGPdiimplementasikan ke Jaringan kampus kemudian di bandingkan berdasarkan kriteria performansi yakniPing, Traceroute, dan Resource (Memory dan CPU Usage) Monitoring.

Dari pengujian yang dilakukan, algoritma routingOSPFlebih unggul dalam menangani pengiriman data pada keseluruhan Jaringan Komputer UNSRAT..

Abstract

Rapid technological developments also affect the development of the computer network. Computer networks are both highly dependent on the network topology formed and Routing Algorithm implementation in accordance with the network topology.

The computer network at the University of Sam Ratulangi (UNSRAT) was chosen to be implemented in accordance with the routing algorithm so that the campus network topology analysis is required to obtain the appropriate routing algorithm.

Algorithm Routing OSPF and BGP routing algorithm is implemented to the campus network and then compared based on performance criteria namely Ping, Traceroute, and Resource (Memory and CPU Usage) Monitoring.

From the tests conducted, the OSPF routing algorithm is superior in handling the data on the overall Computer Networking UNSRAT .
