Focus and Scope
JMBI UNSRAT [P-ISSN 2356-3966 and E-ISSN 2621- 2331] is an scientific journal published three times a year, JMBI UNSRAT aims to improve the quality of science and channel the interest of sharing and dissemination of knowledge for scholars, students, practitioners, and the observer of science. This journal encompasses original research articles, review articles, and short communications, including:

- Financial Management;
- Human Resource Management,
- Marketing Management,
- Innovation/Entrepreneurship
JMBI UNSRAT accepts the results of studies and research articles which have not been published in journal. The number of articles in one year is 18 articles in 3 issues and each issue maximum have 6 articles. Each article received by the board of editors will be reviewed and selected for later publication without prejudice to the substance of the article.

Peer Review Process
The submitted manuscript is first reviewed by an editor. It will be evaluated in the office, whether it is suitable for JMBI focus and scope or has a major methodological flaw. To check the possibility of plagiarism manuscript is submitted using the application Turnitin.
Articles found with plagiarism are automatically rejected and authors are so advised, if the article has a simmilarity below or equal to 20 percent
This journal uses double-blind review, which means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa, throughout the review process.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Archiving
This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...

This statement describes the ethical behavior of all parties involved in the process of publishing an article in this journal, including the author, the chief editor, Editorial Board, reviewers / bestari partners and publishers.
Ethical Guidelines for Journal Publication
The publication of an article in the JMBI Unsrat journal goes through a review process. The articles reviewed support and embody the scientific method. Therefore, it is important to agree on the expected standards of behavior for all parties involved in the publication act: authors, journal editors, reviewers / peer reviewers, publishers and the public.
Department of Management FEB Unsrat as the publisher of the JMBI journal is not very responsible for all stages of publication and we are aware of our ethics and other responsibilities. We are committed to ensuring that advertising, reprint or other commercial revenue does not impact or influence editorial decisions.
Publication Decisions
The JMBI Unsrat Editorial Board is responsible for deciding which submitted articles should be published. The validation of the work and its importance to researchers and readers should always drive this decision. Editors by policy editors from the journal's editorial board and are grounded by acceptable legal provisions, such as defamation, copyright ideas and plagiarism. The editorial board may confer with the reviewer / peer review in making this decision.
Aspects of Justice
The Editorial Board in the manuscript reports for the author's intellectual content regardless of the author's race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity or political views.
Confidentiality
The Editorial Board and any editorial staff must not disclose any information about the submitted manuscript to anyone other than the author, reviewer / peer review, candidate reviewer / peer review, appropriate board editor, and publisher, as appropriate.
Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest
Material not published in a submitted manuscript may not be used in the editorial board's own research without the written consent of the author.
Duties of Reviewer / Partner Bestari
Contribution to Editorial Decisions
Bestari partners assist editors in making editorial decisions and can assist writers in improving the quality of manuscripts through editors.
Speed
Any selected reviewer who feels ineligible / interested in reviewing the manuscript or does not have time to review must immediately notify the editor and withdraw from the review process.
Confidentiality
Any manuscripts received for review must be prepared as confidential documents. Manuscripts should not be circulated or discussed with others based on editors.
Standard of Objectivity
The review must be carried out objectively. Personal criticism from the author is not appropriate. Reviewers must state their views clearly with supporting arguments.
Author's Duty
Reporting Standards
The author of the original research report must present an accurate report of the work performed as well as an objective discussion of his research significance. The underlying data must be accurate in the manuscript. A manuscript must contain sufficient detail and references to return others to work. Reports of fraudulent or inaccurate information intentionally display unethical and unacceptable behavior.
Data Access and Retention
Authors work to provide raw data related to manuscripts for editorial, and must be prepared to provide public access to such data and where possible, and should in any case save such data after publication.
Originality and Plagiarism
Authors must ensure that they have written pure work, and if the author has used the work and / or words of others then this has been cited appropriately.
Multiple, Redundant and Concurrent Publications
An author may not publish manuscripts describing the essence of the same research in more than one journal or major publication. Submitting the same manuscript for more than one journal together is an unethical and unacceptable behavior.
Source recognition
Proper recognition of the work of others must always be given. Authors must cite influential publications from the work they report
