KAJIAN PENATALAKSANAAN TERAPI PADA PASIEN GASTRITIS DI INSTALASI RAWAT INAP RSUP PROF DR. R .D. KANDOU MANADO TAHUN 2013

Abstract

ABSTRACT

Gastritis occured by the inflammation from stomach mucosal caused by the irritation and infection factors. If this disease is left, it will damage the function of the stomach and increase the risk of stomach cancer which will cause death. The purpose of this study was to review the management of hospitalized gastritis patients therapy in RSUP Prof. Dr. R. Kandou Manado in 2013 using Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) of RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado in 2011. This study is a descriptive research with retrospective data collection. The samples that taken were the medical record data with gastritis as the main diagnose without complication of hispitalized patients in 2013. The result shows that the drug usage on the management of drug abuse treatment in gastritis patients are compatible with SOP, except the usage of antibiotics which are not compatible because the infection bacteria are not found on those patient. There are other additional therapies like solution of electrolyte, antiemetic, analgesic and antipyretic and antidiarrheal.

ABSTRAK

Gastritis merupakan peradangan (inflamasi) dari mukosa lambung yang disebabkan oleh faktor iritasi dan infeksi. Bahaya penyakit gastritis jika dibiarkan terus menerus akan merusak fungsi lambung dan dapat meningkatkan risiko untuk terkena kanker lambung hingga menyebabkan kematian. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengkaji tatalaksana terapi pasien gastritis yang menjalani rawat inap di Instalasi Rawat Inap  RSUP  Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado menggunakan Standar Prosedur Operasional (SPO) RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado  Tahun 2011. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pengambilan data secara retrospektif. Sampel yang diambil ialah data rekam medik pasien dengan diagnosa utama gastritis tanpa komplikasi yang menjalani rawat inap pada tahun 2013. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa tatalaksana terapi penggunaan obat pada pasien gastritis menggunakan obat-obat sesuai Standar Prosedur Operasional (SPO), kecuali penggunaan antibiotik tidak sesuai karena pada pasien gastritis tidak ditemukan adanya infeksi bakteri. Ada juga terapi tambahan yaitu larutan elektrolit, antiemetik, analgesik dan antipiretik dan antidiare.
