Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word document file format and does not contains any author's information, such as author's name and institutions
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Author Guidelines

How to make submission?

  • Authors send an e-mail to Managing Editor to register.
  • An automatic e-mail will be sent directly to authors to notify the username and password to make online submission.
  • After login, please change the password, and fill the form to update the author's profile (at below see "Edit my profile") before make a submission.

General requirements :

  • The article should be written in English and contains 5.000 words in maximum.
  • The article should be written in Times New Roman 12 pt, single space, justify, and have 1 inch for all margins.
  • The article should be written by following the style of Accountability Journal (please see Article Template).
  • If the article accepted, author should fill and signed some statements (please see Author Statements) and send it to Managing Editor in PDF format.

References :

  • The references should be written in style of American Psychological Association (APA).
  • The references should be written in single space with 0.5" of hanging indent from left.

Tables :

  • Tables should be written in single space.
  • Tables should be numbered and titled.
  • Tables should be re-write if using statistical software (please for not copy and paste the output).
  • Tables should fit to article window and uses only horizontal lines.

Figures :

  • The figures should be numbered and titled.
  • The figures should have source at below if author taken it from other sources.
