Research aimed to study the value of K factor (soil erodibility) in determining the level of erosion susceptibility in Agrotourism Development Area of Kumu Village, Tombariri District, Minahasa Regency. The location of soil sampling was carried out in Kumu Village, Tombariri District, Minahasa Regency, and soil texture analysis was carried out at the Laboratory of the Soil and Environmental Science Unit, Faculty of Agriculture, Sam Ratulangi University, Manado. This study was conducted in September - November 2025 by using Survey method. The location points for soil sampling were determined by Purposive Sampling using a GPS (Global Positioning System) tool as many as eight points. Soil sampling was carried out at a depth of 20 cm. The results of the study showed that the physical properties of the soil on the land had criteria for soil texture with the criteria of Clay, Sandy Loam, Sandy Clay Loam. Soil Erodibility with the criteria of Low, Medium, Rather High, and High.
