Abstract
Obesity is a disease that attributed by consume and dispensing energi that not balance and cause more fat tissue, and also cause protein dispensing especially albumine through urine. It is happen because there is disruption infiltration system in kidney especially in glomerulus and it is make more protein dispensing or “leak†and namely as microalbuminurine. Microalbuminurine is the one sign of kidney involvement as target organ to obesity pasient who assessed by Urine creatinine albumine ratio essay. The objective of this research is to investigate the associate of obesity with albuminurine concentrate increasing to students in general medicine program study, faculty of medicine, University of Sam ratulangi.
Methode: Methode of this research is observational typical with cross-sectional approach. The sample of this research is 30 students including 15 students with obesity and 15 students with non-obesity. This research conducted during november – december 2012
Results: On Urine creatinine albumine ratio essay found 4 samples or 13,33 % toward obesity with albuminurine concentration is microalbumine. There was different toward sistolic and diastolik blood pressure that high in obesity group observed. This research used Spearmen tested with value of Urine creatinine albumine ratio p= 0,001 and to sistolic p=0,05 and also diastolic p=0,032. This findings show an association between obesity and albuminurine concentration increased.
Conclusion: This research found an association between obesity with the increasing of albuminurine concentration on Urine creatinine albumine ratio essay.
Key words: Obesity, waist bend, Urine creatinine albumine ratio.
