Sikap Perawat, Singkatnya Waktu Tunggu, Kemampuan Komunikasi, dan Ambience Terhadap Kepuasan Pasien di RS XYZ

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh sikap perawat, Singkatnya Waktu Tunggu, keterampilan komunikasi dan ambience terhadap kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit XYZ. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen kuisioner. Sampel pada penelitian ini diambil sebanyak 170 pasien rawat inap. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Convenient Sampling. Analisis data menggunakan partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap perawat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Begitu pula singkatnya waktu tunggu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Kemampuan komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Parameter terakhir yaitu ambience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien.
