ABSTRACT
One of the infections diseases are the cause of the increasing number of pain and death in hospitals is the disease of nosocomial infections. The purpose of this research was to identify bacteria in the urine of the patients sufferers of nosocomial infections and to know the limits of sensitivity of bacteria against antibiotics Ampicillin, Amoxicillin, and Ciprofloxacin. From the results of this research show the antibiotics Ampicillin and Amoxicillin resistant 100% against bacteria, while the antibiotics Ciprofloxacin showed results of intermediate 40% without any resistance but has an inhibitory sensitiv 60%. So it can be concluded that antibiotics with the highest sensitivity level and sensitive against bacteria Escherichia fergusonii, Vagococcus, and Klebsiella oxytoca is the antibiotic Ciprofloxacin by 60%.

ABSTRAK
Salah satu penyakit infeksi yang merupakan penyebab meningkatnya angka kesakitan dan kematian di rumah sakit ialah penyakit infeksi nosokomial. Tujuan penelitian ini mengidentifikasi bakteri pada urin dari pasien penderita infeksi nosokomial dan mengetahui batas sensitivitas bakteri terhadap antibiotik Ampicillin, Amoxicillin, dan Ciprofloxacin. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan antibiotik Ampicillin dan Amoxicillin resisten 100% terhadap bakteri, sedangan antibiotik Ciprofloxacin menunjukkan hasil intermediet 40% tanpa adanya resistensi tetapi memiliki angka penghambatan yang sensitiv 60%. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa antibiotik dengan tingkat kepekaan yang tertinggi dan sensitiv terhadap bakteri Escherichia fergusonii, Vagococcus, dan Klebsiella oxytoca adalah antibiotik Ciprofloxacin sebesar 60%.
