ABSTRACT
Community Eye Health Center of North Sulawesi Province is a health care institution that can implement intervention specialist medical services and public health effortscan be particularly eye health care. Sipervision and the work it self are all factors that can affect a person’s job statifaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between supervision and the work it self with the job statisfaction of employees in Community Eye health Center of North Sulawesi Province. This type of method used is analytic survey with cross sectional study involving 47 employes. The data collected was analyzed by univariate and bivariat. Data obtained from kuesioner primary and secondary data obtained from the Center for Community Eye Health profile of North Sulawesi Province. Statistical test used is Chi-square test. The results showed that as many as 28 employees or 59,6% of employees were statisfied and 19 other employees or 40,4% were less stastified. Results of this study suggest a link between supervision and job statisfaction of employees p value of 0.005 (p<0.05) and there was no relionship between the work it self and job statisfaction of employees p value 0.694 (p>0.05).

ABSTRAK
Balai Kesehatan Mata Masyarakat Provinsi Sulawesi Utara adalah institusi pelayanan kesehatan yang dapat melaksanakan intervensi pelayanan medis spesialistik dan dapat melakukan upaya kesehatan masyarakat khususnya pelayanan kesehatan mata. Supervise dan Pekerjaan Itu Sendiri merupakanfaktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja seseorang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara supervise dan pekerjaan itu sendiri dengan kepuasan kerja pegawai di Balai Kesehatan Mata Masyarakat Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu survey analitik dengan rancangan Cross Sectional Study dengan melibatkan 47 pegwai. Data yang telah dikumpulkan dianalisis secara Univariat dan Bivariat. Data Primer didaptkan dari kuesioner dan data sekunder didapatkan dari profil Balai Kesehatan Mata Masyarakat Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Uji Statistik yang digunakan adalah uji Chi Square dengan bantuan program computer. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebanyk 28 pegawai atau 59,6% pegawai merasa puas dan 19 pegawai lainnya atau 40,4% merasa kurang puas. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara supervise dengan kepuasan pegawai yaitu p value 0,005 (p<0,05) dan tidak ada hubungan antara pekerjaan itu endiri dengan kepuasan kerja pegawai yaitu p value 0,694 (p>0,05)
