ABSTRACT
              The approach to the reviews improve competitiveness through an increase in labor productivity hearts increasing competition era has become prayer One key to the success of the organization and effort . Reality has demonstrated Increasingly Many organizations and Yang Relying on employees The innovative, creative , and Skilled . Mission and objectives can be provide motivation and morale All employees . Also motivational factors influenced Of The management leadership Being able to change the organization and become valuable . Objective singer is Analyzing Relationships Work Motivation between with Labor Productivity Working freelance in the Environmental Management Agency of North Minahasa Regency . This study used observational analytic with cross sectional approach that was conducted in January-February 2016 in the Environmental Management Agency with a total of 63 respondents Respondents . This study used questionnaires and computer applications , as a research instrument . Data processing by Chi Square test with α = 0.05 . Respondents who have no good work motivation and experience less work productivity as much as 9 respondents ( 56.25 % ) respondents who had experienced either no motivation to work better labor productivity by 7 respondents ( 43.75 % ) and respondents who have a good motivation to work and labor productivity is less that 8 respondents ( 17.78 % ) and respondents who have a good work motivation and productivity and good work that is 39 respondents ( 82.98 % ) . Based on the results seen using Chi Square p value of 0.002 ( > 0.05 ) . This means that There Relationship Between Work Motivation at Work Productivity Lepas On Labor Day in the Environmental Management Agency District of North Minahasa. Conclusion : There is a Relationship Between Work Motivation at Work Productivity Lepas On Labor Day in the Environmental Management Agency of North Minahasa Regency.  Keywords : Motivation , Work ProductivityÂ

Pendekatan untuk meningkatkan daya saing melalui peningkatan produktivitas kerja dalam era kompetisi yang semakin meningkat telah menjadi salah satu upaya kunci keberhasilan organisasi. Kenyataan telah menunjukkan semakin banyak organisasi yang bergantung pada para karyawan yang inovatif, kreatif, dan terampil. Misi dan tujuan dapat memberikan motivasi dan semangat kerja pada seluruh karyawan. Motivasi juga dipengaruhi dari faktor kepemimpinan manajemen yang mampu mengubah organisasi menjadi lebih bernilai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Menganalisis Hubungan antara Motivasi Kerja dengan Produktivitas Kerja pada Tenaga Harian Lepas di Badan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Minahasa Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari- Februari tahun 2016 di Badan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup dengan total responden sebesar 63 Responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan aplikasi komputer,  sebagai instrumen penelitian. Pengolahan data dengan uji Chi Square dengan α= 0,05. Responden yang memiliki motivasi kerja tidak baik dan mengalami produktivitas kerja kurang sebanyak 9 responden (56,25%) Responden yang memiliki motivasi kerja tidak baik mengalami produktivitas kerja baik sebanyak 7 responden (43,75%) dan responden yang memiliki motivasi kerja baik dan produktivitas kerja kurang yaitu 8 Responden (17,78%) dan responden yang memiliki motivasi kerja baik dan dan produktivitas kerja baik yaitu 39 responden (82,98%). Berdasarkan hasil uji Chi Square terlihat nilai p sebesar 0,002 (>0,05). Hal ini berarti bahwa Terdapat Hubungan Antara Motivasi Kerja dengan Produktivitas Kerja Pada Tenaga Harian Lepas di Badan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Minahasa Utara Kesimpulan: Terdapat Hubungan Antara Motivasi Kerja dengan Produktivitas Kerja Pada Tenaga Harian Lepas di Badan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Minahasa Utara.
