One of the fruitthat contains vitamin C is the mango fruit (Mangiferaindica L.). This study aims to create and to test the dosage formulation of powdered mango lozengeby wet granulation method. Tests were done against mango fruit powders lozenge include uniformity of weight, hardness, friability and a solubility time of the tablet. The test results showed that the weight uniformity of formulation 1 and formulation 2 of mango powder lozenge is met the tablets requirements. In the test of mango powdered lozenge formulation 1 showed the value of soluble time was 10 minutes 38 seconds, and the friability of 0.43% while the formulation 2 showed the soluble time 8 minutes 34 seconds, and the friability 0.15 %. This indicates that the hardness oflozenges of mango fruit extract did not met the requirements of Indonesian Pharmacopoeia.

ABSTRAK
Salah satu jenis buah yang banyak mengandung vitamin C yaitu buah mangga (Mangifera Indica). Penelitian ini betujuan untuk membuat dan menguji formulasi sediaan tablet hisap dari serbuk buah mangga dodol dengan metode granulasi basah. Pengujian yang di lakukan pada tablet hisap serbuk buah mangga dodol meliputi keseragaman bobot, kekerasan, kerapuhan dan waktu larut tablet. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa keseragaman bobot formulasi 1 dan formulasi 2 tablet hisap serbuk buah mangga dodol sudah memenuhi persyaratan tablet. Pada pengujian tablet hisap serbuk buah mangga dodol formulasi 1 menunjukan nilai waktu larut 10 menit 38 detik, dan kerapuhan 0,43%Â sedangkan pada formulasi 2 mununjukan waktu larut 8 menit 34 detik, kekerasan 0 Kp, dan kerapuhan 0,15%. Hal ini menandakan bahwa kekerasan tablet hisap ekstrak buah mangga dodol belum memenuhi persyaratan Farmakope Indonesia.
