ABSTRACT
Binahong Leaves (Andredera cordifolia (Ten.) Steenis) is a medicinal plant that can be used for various treatments one of which is used as an anticancer. One of the earliest methods for cytotoxic testing is Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BSLT). This research aims to determine the contain of secondary metabolite compounds and the potential toxicity of the leaves binahong. Result of this research showed that the extract of ethanol leaves binahong contain Flavanoids, Steroids, Saponins. Leaves binahong has toxicity value with Lethality Concentration 50 (LC50) was 97, 797 µg/mL tested using BSLT methods, this show that the extract of ethanol leaves binahong is toxic.

ABSTRAK
Daun Binahong (Andredera cordifolia (Ten.)
