ABSTRACT

This study aims to examine and to get a picture of the pattern of antibiotic used by patients with ARI in children who underwent inpatient at RSU Anutapura Palu and know the rationale of the use of antibiotic drug ARI disease in children who underwent inpatient at RS Anutapura Palu. This research was descriptive with prospective data collecting from October to December year 2016 to patient of urinary tract infection at inpatient installation of AnutapuraPalu Hospital which fulfill inclusion criteria. Sampling technique with purposive sampling, and was administered on 38 patients. The results showed the most widely used antibiotics were ceftriaxone (73.69%), cefotaxime (21.05%) and cefixime (5.26%). with accuracy of antibiotics based on 100% accurate parameter, 100% precise drug, proper dose covering precise dosage 71,05%, precise frequency 55,26% and precise duration of giving 15,79% and 100% patient right.

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui dan memperoleh gambaran mengenai pola penggunaan antibiotik pasien ISPA pada anak yang menjalani rawat inap di RSU Anutapura Palu dan Mengetahui kerasionalan penggunaan obat antibiotik penyakit ISPA pada anak yang menjalani rawat inap di RS Anutapura Palu. Penelitian ini berupa penelitian deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan secara prospektif dari bulan Juni sampai Agustus tahun 2017 terhadap pasien infeksi saluran pernapasan akut di instalasi rawat inap Rumah Sakit Umum Anutapura Palu yang memenuhi criteria inklusi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan Purposive Sampling, dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 38 pasien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Antibiotik yang paling banyak digunakan adalah ceftriaxone 73,69%, cefotaxime 21,05% dan cefixime 5,26 %. ketepatan pemberian antibiotik berdasarkan parameter tepat indikasi 100 %, tepat obat 100 %, tepat dosis yang meliputi tepat besaran dosis 71,05%, tepat frekuensi 55,26% dan tepat durasi pemberian 15,79% serta tepat pasien 100%.
