ABSTRACT
These study aims to analyze the phytochemical compounds and the antioxidant activity of soyogik flowers. The study begins with a phytochemical test. Extraction of powder of soyogik flower by maceration using methanol. The methanol extract was determined for the total flavonoid content with AlCl3 method and was tested for the antioxidant activity with DPPH method. The results showed that soyogik flower containing the compounds of phenolic, flavonoids, alkaloids, steroids and saponins. The methanol extract also have total flavonoid content amounted to 11,140 mg/kg and antioxidant activity by the IC50 value amounted to 128,573 µg/mL.
