ABSTRACT
Goroho’s sap peel has the stongest adhesive force, and also has antiseptic and antioxidant effect. The aim of this research to formulate chlorpheniramine maleic tablet used Goroho’s sap peel as a binder substance by wet granulation method . The formulations made by variation of Goroho’s sap peel concentration at 15% and 25%. The resulting granule evaluation preformulation .further more granule is compressed into a tablet and be tested evaluation tablet. at the q 25% fulfill all the assigned qualification consist of Organoleptic test, water content, flow rate, the angle of respose, the physicalappearance, size and weight uniformity, hardness, friability, disintegration time of tablet. From this result can be concluded concentration of 25% fulfill the qualification as binder substance at the chlorpheniramine maleic tablet.

ABSTRAK
Getah kulit buah Pisang Goroho memiliki daya rekat yang sangat kuat, memiliki efek antiseptik dan antioksidan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menformulasikan tablet Klorfeniramin maleat menggunakan getah kulit buah Pisang Goroho sebagai bahan pengikat dengan metode granulasi basah. Formulasi ini dibuat dengan variasi konsentrasi getah yaitu 15% dan 25%.Granul yang dihasilkan diuji preformulasi.Selanjutnya granul dikempa menjadi sediaan tablet dan dilakukan evaluasi pengujian tablet. Pada konsentrasi 25% memenuhi semua persyaratan meliputi,uji organoleptik, kadar air, sifat alir, sudut diam, penampilan fisik, keseragaman bobot, keseragaman ukuran, kekerasan, kerapuhan dan waktu hancur tablet. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan konsentrasi 25% memenuhi persyaratan sebagai bahan pengikat pada sediaan tablet Klorfeniramin Maleat
