ABSTRACT

The evaluation of antihypertensive drugs use aims to investigate to secure the rational use in patient with hypertension. This research aims to evaluate the rational use of antihypertensive drugs including the accuracy of patient, indication, drugs, and dose towards the hypertension hospital inpatient in period January-June 2014. This is a descriptive research , the data was collected restrospectively based on the medical records. This research was done to 39 medical records with hypertension as the main diagnosis. The results showed evaluation of antihypertensive drugs rational use based on the accuracy of patient criteria as much as 39 antihypertensive drugs use (100%), the accuracy of indication criteria as much as 39 antihypertensive drugs use (100%), the accuracy of drugs criteria as much as 25 antihypertensive drugs use (64,10%), and the accuracy of dose criteria as much as 25 antihypertensive drugs use (64,10%)

ABSTRAK

Evaluasi penggunaan obat antihipertensi bertujuan untuk menjamin penggunaan obat yang rasional pada penderita hipertensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kerasionalan penggunaan obat antihipertensi yang meliputi ketepatan pasien, indikasi, obat, dan dosis pada pasien hipertensi rawat inap periode Januari sampai Juni 2014  di RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pengambilan data secara retrospektif yang didasarkan pada catatan medik. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 39 catatan medik dengan diagnosa utama hipertensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan evaluasi kerasionalan penggunaan obat antihipertensi dilihat  berdasarkan  kriteria tepat pasien sebanyak 39 penggunaan obat antihipertensi (100%), tepat indikasi sebanyak 39 penggunaan obat antihipertensi (100%), tepat obat sebanyak 25 penggunaan obat antihipertensi (64,10%) dan  tepat dosis sebanyak 25 penggunaan obat antihipertensi (64,10%)
