Nilai-Nilai Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasional terhadap Self-Efficacy
Abstract
The research aims to determine the impact of work values and organizational commitment to self-efficacy. There are three main variables in the study, working values, organizational commitments, and self-efficacy. The analysis tool used is a regression that is one of the inferential statistical analysis tools that can measure the influence of variable-variable examined in this study. The population in the study amounted to 250 employees of PT Equity World Futures Manado Branch with samples amounting to 72 respondents. Based on the analysis results of existing data, it was found that variable work values, organizational commitment variables, and both together work values and organizational commitments have significant effect on self-efficacy.References
