Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of workload and burnout on turnover intention at PT Anping Bitung. The research method applied is quantitative, with the population taken all employees of PT Anping Bitung. Data analysis will involve the coefficient of determination (R2), T test, and F test to test the hypothesis. In addition, this research will also use multiple linear regression tests, as well as validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data obtained. The results showed that workload and burnout significantly affect employee turnover intention at PT Anping Bitung. Workload and burnout, both individually and together, have a strong impact on employees' decision to leave the company. These findings indicate that managing workload and preventing burnout are critical to reducing employees' intention to quit.
