ANALISIS KANDUNGAN BAKTERI Total Coliform DALAM AIR BERSIH DAN Eschererchia Coli DALAM AIR MINUM PADA DEPOT AIR MINUM ISI ULANG DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS TUMINTING KOTA MANADO
Abstract
Air merupakan zat yang paling penting dalam kehidupan selain udara. Persyaratan air bersih dan air minum sudah harus sesuai dengan peraturan yang dikeluarkan pemerintah. Air minum aman bagi kesehatan apabila telah memenuhi syarat secara fisik, kimia, mikrobiologi. Parameter wajib penentuan kualitas air minum secara mikrobiologi adalah total bakteri Coliform dan Escherichia Coli. Penyakit berbasis lingkungan seperti diare akan mucul jika air yang dikonsumsi dalam air minum isi ulang tidak melalui tahap dan prosedur yang sesuai. Bakteri Coliform dalam air bersih mempunyai ketentuan 50/100 ml untuk air sumur. Bakteri Escherecia Coli dalam air minum mempunyai ketentuan 0/100 ml. Bakteri ini berpotensi patogen karena pada keadaan tertentu dapat menyebabkan diare. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kandungan Bakteri Total Coliform dalam air bersih pada sumur dan Escherechia Coli dalam air minum pada Depot Air Minum Isi Ulang di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tuminting kota Manado. Penelitian berbasis laboratorium dilakukan secara deskriptif. Pemeriksaan Bakteri Total coliform dan Escherecia Coli dilakukan terhadap sampel air bersih dan air minum dengan menggunakan bantuan Uji Laboratorium Balai Riset dan Standarisasi Industri Manado (BARISTAND) yang dilaksanakan pada bulan September – Oktober 2017. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 10 sumur untuk air bersih dan 10 Depot Air Minum Isi Ulang yang ada di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tuminting. Untuk mengetahui kandungan bakteri Total Coliform serta bakteri Escherecia Coli menggunakan uji laboratorium. Hasil Analisi sementara menunjukkan untuk pemeriksaan air bersih sumur ada satu yang tidak memenuhi syarat dan pemeriksaan 10 air minum pada depot air minum isi ulang semuanya negatif Bakteri E. Coli. Untuk air bersih ada satu sampel yang sudah tidak memenuhi syarat.

ABSTRACT
Water is the most important substance in life other than air. Requirements for clean water and drinking water must comply with the regulations issued by the government. Drinking water is safe for health when it meets the physical, chemical, microbiological requirements. The compulsory parameters for determining the quality of drinking water in microbiology are the total bacteria of Coliform and Escherichia Coli. Environmental-based diseases such as diarrhea will occur if the water consumed in refilled drinking water does not go through the appropriate stages and procedures. Coliform bacteria in clean water have a provision of 50/100 ml for well water. Bacteria Escherecia Coli in drinking water has a provision of 0/100 ml. These bacteria are potentially pathogenic because in certain circumstances can cause diarrhea. The purpose of this research is to find out the Total Coliform Bacteria content in clean water at well and Escherechia Coli in drinking water at Drinking Water Refill Depot at Working Area of Tuminting Health Center of Manado City. Laboratory-based research was conducted descriptively. Examination of Total Coliform and Escherecia Coli Bacteria were carried out on clean water and drinking water samples using Laboratory Testing and Industrial Standards Manado (BARISTAND) Laboratory test conducted in September - October 2017. The sample in this research is 10 wells for clean water and 10 Depot of Drinking Water Refills in Working Area of Tuminting Health Center. To determine the total bacteria content of Coliform and Escherecia Coli bacteria using laboratory test.
The results of the interim analysis indicate that for a well water well check there is one that is not eligible and the examination of 10 drinking water at the drinking water refill depot are all negative E. Coli bacteria. For clean water there is one sample that is not eligible.
