Kadar Serum Glutamic Oxaloacetic Transaminase (SGOT) Pada Peminum Minuman Beralkohol di Kelurahan Tosuraya Selatan

Abstract


Abstract: According to the Global Health Observatory (GHO-WHO) through the Global Information System on Alcohol and Health (GISAH) in 2018 recorded the distribution of alcohol use per capita worldwide in 2016 said the use of alcohol has caused the death of 3 million people each year. Alcohol consumed can cause disease, one of which is impaired liver function. One of the tests used as a marker of liver damage is the examination of Serum Glutamic Oxaloacetic Transaminase (SGOT). This research is a descriptive study with a cross-sectional design and was carried out in September 2019 to December 2019. By using total sampling , 50 respondents were willing to take blood. Samples were then examined at Noongan Hospital. Research results from 50 samples showed that as many as 43 samples (86%) had normal SGOT levels, and 7 samples (14%) had high SGOT levels. The most samples in this study were male respondents totaling 40 respondents (80%), while those who were female totaled 10 respondents (20%). Samples with a length of consumption of alcoholic drinks for 16-20 years had SGOT levels of an average of 28.8 U/L and those who had >20 years of drinking alcoholic drinks had SGOT levels of 28.38 U/L, while those who consumed alcoholic drinks for <5 years had an average SGOT level of 27.29 U/L, 5-10 years an average of 27.95 U/L, and 11-15 years an average of 64.5 U/L. In conclusion, based on the results of the examination of SGOT levels to all samples, most (86%) had normal SGOT levels. The mean or average value is 29.24 U/L, the median value is 25 U/L, and the mode value is 20 U/L, whereas for a maximum value of 60 U/L and the minimum value is 8 U/L. A total of 38 samples (76%) had normal SGOT levels, and 12 samples (24%) had high SGOT levels.

Abstrak: Menurut Global Health Observatory (GHO-WHO) melalui Global Information System on Alcohol and Health (GISAH) tahun 2018 mencatat sebaran penggunaan alkohol per kapita di seluruh dunia tahun 2016 menyebutkan penggunaan alkohol telah menyebabkan kematian 3 juta orang setiap tahun.     Alkohol yang dikonsumsi dapat menyebabkan penyakit, salah satunya adalah gangguan fungsi hati. Salah satu pemeriksaan yang digunakan sebagai penanda adanya kerusakan hati yaitu dengan pemeriksaan Serum Glutamic Oxaloacetic Transaminase (SGOT). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kadar Serum Glutamic Oxaloacetic (SGOT) pada Peminum Minuman Beralkohol di Kelurahan Tosuraya Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan desain cross-sectional dan dilaksanakan pada bulan september 2019 sampai dengan desember 2019. Dengan menggunakan total sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 50 yang bersedia dilakukan pengambilan darah. Sampel kemudian diperiksa di RSUD Noongan. Hasil Penelitian dari 50 sampel menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 43 sampel (86%) memiliki kadar SGOT normal, dan 7 sampel (14%) memiliki kadar SGOT yang tinggi. Sampel terbanyak dalam penelitian ini berjenis kelamin laki-laki berjumlah 40 responden (80%), sedangkan yang berjenis kelamin perempuan berjumlah 10 responden (20%). Sampel dengan lama konsumsi minuman beralkohol selama 16-20 tahun memiliki kadar SGOT rata-rata 28,8 U/L dan yang telah >20 tahun meminum minuman beralkohol memiliki kadar SGOT 28,38 U/L, sedangkan yang lama konsumsi minuman berlakohol selama <5 tahun memiliki kadar SGOT rata-rata 27,29 U/L, 5-10 tahun rata-rata 27,95 U/L, dan 11-15 tahun rata-rata 64,5 U/L. Simpulan penelitian berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan kadar SGOT kepada seluruh sampel, sebagian besar (86%) memiliki kadar SGOT normal. Nilai mean atau nilai rata-rata yaitu 29,24 U/L, nilai median yaitu 25 U/L, dan nilai modus yaitu 20 U/L, sedangkan untuk nilai maksimum 60 U/L dan nilai minimumnya 8 U/L. Sebanyak 38 sampel (76%) memiliki kadar SGOT normal, dan 12 sampel (24%) memiliki kadar SGOT yang tinggi.
