PENGETAHUAN, PERSEPSI DAN HARAPAN MASYARAKAT TERHADAP PROFESI APOTEKER SELAMA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI BEBERAPA APOTEK KECAMATAN SARIO

ABSTRACT
Pharmacists are Pharmacists who have graduated as Pharmacists and have taken the oath of office of Pharmacists. Pharmacists are required to provide pharmaceutical care at a Pharmacy under the Regulation of the Minister of Health number 73 of 2016. This study aims to know the knowledge, perception and expectations of the community towards the Pharmacist during the Covid-19 pandemic in several Pharmacies in the Sario District. This study is a qualitative descriptive study with in-depth interviews with 28 respondents who met the inclusion criteria. The results obtained are that the public knows the existence of Pharmacists in Pharmacies and the pharmaceutical care only prescription services and drug information services, in the form of information on the use and how to take drugs. Meanwhile, the public can only provide descriptions related to counseling services, home pharmacy care, therapeutic drug monitoring and monitoring of drug side effects. The public hopes that the Pharmacist at the Pharmacy can provide telemedicine services during the Covid-19 pandemic. The community also expects Pharmacists to introduce their profession to the community, increase the presence of Pharmacists in Pharmacies and provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care.

ABSTRAK
Apoteker merupakan sarjana farmasi yang telah lulus Apoteker dan mengucapkan sumpah jabatan Apoteker. Apoteker dituntut untuk melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek sesuai Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan nomor 73 tahun 2016. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengetahuan, persepsi dan harapan masyarakat terhadap profesi Apoteker selama pandemi Covid-19 di beberapa Apotek Kecamatan Sario. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam terhadap 28 responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh yaitu masyarakat mengetahui keberadaan Apoteker di Apotek dan pelayanan kefarmasian yang dilakukan hanya pada pelayanan resep dan pelayanan informasi obat, berupa informasi kegunaan dan cara penggunaan obat. Sedangkan masyarakat hanya memberikan gambaran terkait pelayanan konseling, pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah, pemantauan terapi obat dan monitoring efek samping obat. Masyarakat berharap profesi Apoteker di Apotek dapat memberikan pelayanan telemedicine selama pandemi Covid-19. Masyarakat juga mengharapkan Apoteker dapat memperkenalkan profesinya ke masyarakat luas, meningkatkan kehadiran Apoteker di Apotek dan memberikan pelayanan kefarmasian secara menyeluruh.
