This study analyzes the factors that influence the implementation of the UNSRAT Academic Portal by integrating the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), self-efficacy, and user comfort, and compares their effects between digital native and digital immigrant lecturers. A survey of 100 lecturers was analyzed using linear regression (Jamovi) and PLS-SEM (SmartPLS 4). The results show that perceived usefulness (PU), perceived ease of use (PEOU), and self-efficacy have a significant positive effect on implementation, with PU as the dominant predictor. User comfort was not statistically significant but remained positive. Comparisons between groups revealed that PU had a greater effect on senior lecturers, while PEOU and comfort had a stronger effect on younger lecturers. The findings highlight the importance of implementation strategies that are responsive to the characteristics of the user generation.
