PENGARUH ENTREPRENEURIAL ATTITUDE, JOB SATISFACTION TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT DENGAN WORK ENGAGEMENT SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI PADA KARYAWAN PERHOTELAN BINTANG 5 DI JAKARTA SELATAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh entrepreneurial attitude, job satisfaction terhadap organizational commitment dengan work engagement sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan perhotelan bintang 5 di Jakarta Selatan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan hotel bintang 5 di Jakarta Selatan.
Pendeketan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM), pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling sehingga mendapatkan responden sejumlah 225 responden. Alat analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SMART PLS 3.3.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara langsung terdapat pengaruh antara entrepreneurial attitude, job satisfaction dan work engagement terhadap organizational commitment. Selain itu, hasil penelitian pada pengaruh tidak langsung Terdapat hasil bahwa adanya pengaruh antara job satisfaction, entrepreneurial attitude terhadap organizational commitment yang dimediasi oleh work engagement pada karyawan perhotelan bintang 5 di Jakarta Selatan.
Implikasi yang dapat diharapkan adalah organisasi perlu memberikan kesempatan berkembang dan memberikan ruang terbuka bagi karyawan untuk dapat mengembangkan kemampuan dan menyalurkan kreatifitas dan inovasinya terhadap organisasi, selain itu, memberikan kesempatan pada karyawan untuk berkontribusi aktif terhadap organisasi akan meningkatkan keterikatan antara karyawan terhadap organisasi dengan begitu komitmen karyawan terhadap organisasi dapat meningkat.
