Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh financial knowledge, financial socialization, financial behaviour, financial strain, dan financial literacy terhadap financial well being pada masyarakat usia produktif di Jabodetabek. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan metode kuantitatif menggunakan data primer yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner penelitian kepada masyarakat di Jabodetabek. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat usia produktif yaitu sebanyak 450 sampel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa financial knowledge, financial socialization, financial behaviour dan financial literacy berpengaruh positif terhadap financial well-being. Namun, financial strain berpengaruh negative terhadap financial well being. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi masyarakat berupa pengontrolan keuangan agar lebih bijak dalam melakukan pengeluaran keuangan. Implikasi yang diberikan untuk pemerintah berupa mempersiapkan lebih banyak platform bagi masyarakat yang hendak menabung maupun investasi. Selain itu, implikasi bagi perusahaan yaitu berupa pemerhatian perusahaan terhadap kesejahteraan karyawannya.
