PENGARUH SUPERVISOR SUPPORT DAN WORK LIFE BALANCE TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION YANG DIMEDIASI WORK ENGAGEMENT PADA PEGAWAI PERUSAHAAN MEDIA LOKAL DI INDONESIA TIMUR

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh supervisor support dan work life balance terhadap turnover intention dimediasi oleh work engagement. Purposive sampling merupakan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menentukan kriteria tertentu. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah dua ratus pegawai pada perusahaan media lokal di Indonesia Timur yang sudah terdaftar di dewan pers, yaitu indotimur.com, terasmaluku.com, komunikasulut.com, fajar.co.id, dan seputarpapua.com sebagai obyek penelitian. Analisis model persamaan struktural dengan dan hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh negatif supervisor support dan work life balance terhadap turnover intention dimediasi oleh work engagement. Implikasi dalam penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa untuk menciptakan kemampuan pegawai untuk mengatur waktu dengan baik atau dapat menyelaraskan antara pekerjaan di tempat kerja, kehidupan dalam keluarga, dan kepentingan pribadi. Pegawai dapat menjaga keseimbangan antara peran dan tanggungjawab di dalam kehidupan keluarga dengan kemampuan karyawan bekerja di perusahaan.  Kata Kunci: Supervisor Support, Work Life Balance, Work Engagement, Turnover Intention, Perusahaan Media Lokal, Indonesia Timur. ÂReferences
