PENGARUH PERILAKU DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GENERASI Z PADA PERUSAHAAN BLUE ECONOMY DI PROBOLINGGO

Abstract. The type of research used is quantitative by examining organizational performance by looking at employee job performance. This research is clause research and will use random sampling techniques. Respondents are company employees with a total of 200 respondents and questionnaires will be distributed. It was found that employee performance is an important factor in organizational performance which will have an impact on blue economy companies in Probolinggo. This research will provide an understanding of organizational performance on the basis of organizational performance (OP) which includes several influences regarding work attitude, job satisfaction and work environment which have an impact on job performance in generation Z in blue economy companies.
Abstrak. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitaif dengan menguji performa organisasi dengan melihat job performance pada karyawan. Penelitian merupakan clausal research ini akan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Responden merupakan karyawan perusahaan dengan jumlah 200 responden dan akan dilakukan penyebaran kuisioner. Ditemukan bahwa performance karyawan menjadi fakor penting dalam organizational performance yang akan berdampak pada blue economy company di Probolinggo. Penelitian ini akan memberikan pemahaman mengenai organizational performance dengan dasar organizational performance (OP) yang mencakup beberapa pengaruh mengenai work attitude, job satisfaction dan work environment yang berdampak pada job performance pada generasi Z di blue economy company.
