Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how effective the sales of PT. Berkat Iman Mesin agent. And can maintaining the loyalty of agents increase effectiveness in the circulation of goods at PT. Berkat Iman Mesin. And by maintaining the loyalty of agents, can we also maintain price stability? In this research, researchers used quantitative methods with data collection methods using questionnaires, direct interviews and observation. In collecting data, researchers distributed questionnaires to 35 PT Berkat Iman Mesin Agent in the Central Java region. Because PT. Berkat Iman Mesin is based in Central Java. The form of the research questionnaire is a closed questionnaire where respondents answer statements or questions based on the answer choices provided. And the data was analyzed using SPSS software.
