PERAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOUR (OCB) SEBAGAI MEDIATOR PENGARUH TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP, MOTIVASI DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PERAWAT DI RS XYZ

Dalam era revolusi industri 4.0, dinamika globalisasi dan perkembangan teknologi memaksa organisasi, termasuk rumah sakit, untuk beradaptasi guna meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi manajerial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) sebagai mediator dalam pengaruh Transformational Leadership, Motivasi, dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Rumah Sakit XYZ. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis SEM PLS melalui alat bantu SmartPLS 4 dan melibatkan seluruh staf keperawatan Rumah Sakit XYZ berjumlah 195 orang. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Transformational Leadership memiliki pengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja, sedangkan motivasi berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja. Sebaliknya, Budaya Organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi dan Budaya Organisasi juga terbukti secara signifikan meningkatkan OCB, namun Transformational Leadership memiliki pengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap OCB. Lebih lanjut, OCB ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, dan juga memediasi secara signifikan hubungan antara Motivasi dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.References
