ANALISIS POTENSI BAHAYA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE JOB SAFETY ANALYSIS DI BAGIAN PENGAPALAN SITE PAKAL PT. ANEKA TAMBANG Tbk. UBPN Maluku Utara

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Pada  proses pengapalan yang di lakukan oleh salah satu kontraktor PT. Aneka Tambang yaitu PT. Tunas Putra Pembangunan Sejahtera yang baru memasuki 8 bulan sudah terjadi 3 kejadian kecelakaan. Dalam melakukan pengendalian kecelakaan harus dengan menggunakan metode yang baik pula. Salah satu metode yang selalu di gunakan untuk menganalisis hingga penanganan suatu bahaya adalah dengan metode Job Safety Analysis (JSA), dimana metode ini paling tepat untuk dipakai sehinga para pekerja dapat terhindar dari kecelakaan.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis potensi bahaya pada Tahap proses treaming ore di eto buli, Tahap transfer material di jalan hauling menuju tongkang dan Tahap  penataan material di tongkang. Metode penelitian: Metode penelitian yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan mewawancari paada 5 informan yang terdiri dari manager, supervisor, forman, operator excavator dan operator dumptruck. Data di sajikan Dalam  bentuk tulisan atau kalimat berdasarkan JSA, wawancara mendalam, observasi, rekaman, catatan dan dokumentasi.  Hasil: Bahaya yang terdapat pada tahap proses treaming ore di eto buli yaitu tertimpa, terjepit, tersengat listrik dan bising. Jeni-jenis bahaya yang terdapat pada tabrakan, unit tersandung batu, unit tergelincir, unit terjatuh batu, unit menabrak tanggul, dan Rump door patah. Jenis bahaya yang terdapat pada Tahap  penataan material di tongkang pekerja tersengat listrik, kebisingan, dan unit tergelincir dari tumpukan ore. Saran: Saran yang diberikan adalah pengawasan terhadap proses kerja harus lebih di tingkatkan agar pekerja tidak melakukan hal-hal yang menyimpang dari ketentuan yang telah diberikan seperti mematuhi rambu tanda kecepatan kendaraan.

ABSTRACT

Introduction: In the process of shipment done by one of its contractors, PT Aneka Tambang, PT Putra Shoots i.e. the construction of well-being entering 8 months already happened 3 accident. In controlling the accident should be using anyway. One of the methods that are always in use to analyze up to handling a danger is with the method of Job Safety Analysis (JSA), where this method is most appropriate to be used so the workers can avoid accidents. The purpose of this research was to analyze the potential danger at this stage of the process of treaming ore in eto Cruse, phase transfer of material on the road toward haulingbarges and the Setup Stage material on barges. Research methods: research methods that are in use in this research is the kind of qualitative research with mewawancari as 5 informants consisting of managers, supervisors, forman, the operator and excavator operators dumptruck. The data presented in the form of writings or sentences based on JSA, deep interviews, observation, recording, records and documentation. Results: there were dangers at this stage of the process in ore treaming eto bottle that is overwritten, squeezed, stung by electricity and noisy. Kind-the kind of danger that is present on the collision, the unit tripped over a rock unit, and slipped, falling over the rocks, the unit hit a levee, and the Rump of the door broken. The types of hazards that are present in the stage of structuring material on a barge worker stung, noise, and power unit derailed from a pile of ore. Suggestion: the advice given is the supervision of interns should be more on the increase so that workers do not do things that deviate from the provisions that have been given as obey the sign of the speed of the vehicle.
