HUBUNGAN BEBAN KERJA DENGAN PEMBERIAN ASI EKSKLUSIF PADA IBU PEKERJA DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS BITUNG BARAT KECAMATAN MAESA KOTA BITUNG

Abstract

Beban kerja adalah sejumlah kegiatan yang harus diselesaikan oleh seseorang ataupun sekelompok orang, selama periode waktu tertentu dalam keadaan normal. Beban kerja meliputi beban kerja fisik, beban kerja mental, beban kerja sosial. Faktor mental dan psikologis ibu menyusui sangat besar pengaruhnya terhadap proses menyusui dan kelancaran produksi ASI. Pemberian ASI Eksklusif adalah sebagai salah satu yang memberikan pengaruh paling kuat terhadap kelangsungan hidup anak, pertumbuhan dan perkembangan. Tujuan penelitian ini untik mengetahui hubungan beban keja dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Bitung Barat Kecamatan Maesa Kota Bitung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian survey analitik dengan mengguanakan pendekatan survey cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden yaitu sebanyak 100 ibu yang bekerja. Alat ukur yang diguanakan yaitu kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji chi-square Nilai probabilitas yang didapat adalah < 0,001 dengan tingkat kepercayaan 0,05 sehingga H₀ ditolak.yang berarti adanya hubungan beban kerja dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif. Adapun saran yang dapat diajukan yaitu memperhatikan teknik pengurangan beban kerja seperti misalnya meningkatkan komunikasi didalam organisasi pekerjaan maupun dalam keluarga sehingga mendapatkan dukungan lebih pada ibu untuk memberikan ASI pada bayi.

the workload is a number of activities that should be completed by a person or group of people, over a period of time under normal circumstances. The workload includes the physical workload, mental workload, the burden of social work. Mental and psychological factors in breast feeding very big its influence on the process of breastfeeding and the smooth production of breast milk. Exclusive breast feeding is as one of the most powerful influence against child survival, growth and development. The purpose of this research was to know relationship serious burden untick with exclusive breast feeding in the region West of Bitung Maesa Subdistrict health centers of the town of Bitung. The research method used i.e. analytic survey research with cross sectional survey approach to use. Sampling techniques using a purposive sampling with a respondent i.e. number of as many as 100 working mothers. Measuring the diguanakan i.e. the questionnaires. Based on the results of the analysis of the chi-square test Value probability is obtained with a confidence level of 0.001 < 0.05 so that H0 is rejected. meaning of the existence of the relationship of the workload with exclusive breast feeding. As for suggestions that may be submitted that is attentive to the work load reduction techniques such as improving communication in the Organization of work and in the family so as to get more support in the mother to give BREAST MILK in infants.
