PERAN PETUGAS PROMOSI KESEHATAN, PENGETAHUAN IBU DAN DUKUNGAN KELUARGA DALAM MENINGKATKAN PEMBERIAN ASI EKSKLUSIF DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS AIRMADIDI KABUPATEN MINAHASA UTARA
Abstract
Promosi kesehatan memiliki peran penting dalam kegiatan preventif dan promotif di Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat. Laporan tahunan Kabupaten Minahasa Utara mencatat bayi yang mendapat ASI Eksklusif yaitu (39.6%), laporan Puskesmas Airmadidi menjelaskan (32.7%) bayi mendapat ASI Eksklusif, kurang dari target Kemenkes yaitu 50%.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peran Petugas Promosi Kesehatan, Pengetahuan Ibu dan Dukungan Keluarga Dalam Meningkatkan Pemberian ASI Eksklusif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam terhadap 6 informan. Hasil wawancara mengenai peran petugas promosi kesehatan terkait dengan ASI Eksklusif telah dilakukan namun tidak merata sehingga masih ada ibu-ibu yang belum mendapatkan informasi tentang ASI Eksklusif. Ibu tahu tentang ASI Eksklusif namun pada penerapan masing-masing ibu memiliki sikap berbeda, ada yang memberikan ASI Eksklusif dan tidak memberikan ASI Eksklusif. Dukungan keluarga sangat mempengaruhi ibu dalam keberhasilan ASI Eksklusif. Hasil wawancara dengan kepala keluarga masing-masing infoman mempunyai jawaban berbeda. Ada suami yang mendukung ada yang tidak mendukung. Faktor keberhasilan ASI Eksklusif selain pengetahuan tentu nya disertai dengan kemauan ibu sendiri. Peran tenaga kesehatan adalah pengaruh terbesar bagi ibu dalam proses menyusui eksklusif. Keberhasilan ASI Eksklusif juga tidak luput dari dukungan keluarga karena keluarga adalah orang terdekat yang dapat mendorong ibu untuk tetap memberikan ASI secara Eksklusif.

ABSTRACT
Health promotion has an important role in preventive and promotive activities at Community Health Centers. The annual report of North Minahasa regency records the babies who have exclusive breastfeeding (39.6%), Puskesmas Airmadidi reports explain (32.7%) of babies are exclusively breastfed, less than Kemenkes target of 50% .This study aims to determine the Role of Health Promotion Officer, Mother Knowledge and Family Support In Increasing Exclusive Breastfeeding. This research is a qualitative research by conducting in-depth interviews on 6 informants. The results of interviews on the role of health promotion officers associated with Exclusive Breast Milk have been done but not evenly so there are still mothers who have not been informed about Exclusive Breast Milk. Mothers know about Exclusive Breastmilk but on the application of each mother has a different attitude, some give Exclusive Breast milk and do not give Exclusive Breast Milk. Family support greatly affects mothers in the success of exclusive breastfeeding. The results of interviews with the head of each infomal family have different answers. There are husbands who support those who do not support. Exclusive breastfeeding success factors in addition to knowledge of course accompanied by the mother's own will. The role of health workers is the greatest influence for mothers in exclusive breastfeeding. Exclusive Breastfeeding success is also not escaped from family support because the family is the closest person who can encourage mothers to continue breastfeeding Exclusively.
