KAJIAN PENGETAHUAN DAN SIKAP DENGAN KESEHATAN REPRODUKSI REMAJA DI SMP NEGERI 10 KOTA MANADO

Abstract

Kesehatan reproduksi adalah segala aspek kesehatan yang berhubungan dengan sistem reproduksi, fungsi serta prosesnya yang berada dalam keadaan sempurna baik secara fisik, mental, dan sosial yang bukan semata-mata terbebas dari penyakit atau kecacatan. Hasil Survei Demografi dan kesehatan Indonesia-Kesehatan Reproduksi Remaja (SDKI-KRR) tahun 2012 tentang pengetahuan remaja perempuan ditemukan sebesar 4,7% tidak tahu tentang perubahan fisik pubertas anak perempuan dan 10,1% tidak tahu tentang perubahan fisik pubertas laki-laki. Pada remaja laki-laki ditemukan 11,1% tidak tahu tentang perubahan fisik pubertas laki-laki dan 21,2% tidak tahu tentang perubahan fisik pubertas perempuan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengetahuan dan sikap dengan kesehatan reproduksi remaja di SMP Negeri 10 Manado. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Informan yang diambil dalam penelitian ini Kepala Sekolah, Guru Bimbingan Konseling, dan Guru Wali kelas yang dapat menjelaskan mengenai keadaan sekolah dan yang mengetahui mengenai siswa dan siswi di sekolah, informan berikutnya diambil satu orang siswa dan satu orang siswi kelas IX. Dalam penelitian ini diketahui bahwa pengetahuan mengenai kesehatan reproduksi di SMP Negeri 10 Manado belum cukup baik, karena dari hasil wawancara informan siswa dan siswi belum mengetahui lebih jelas mengenai keputihan, Penyakit Menular Seksual dan alat kontrasepsi. Namun, mengenai sikap informan siswa dan siswi sudah baik, karena dari hasil wawancara mendalam informan setuju tentang hal-hal positif yang dilakukan mengenai kesehatan reproduksi dan tidak setuju dengan hal-hal yang negatif. Untuk fakta kondisi saat ini yang dimiliki informan siswa dan siswi, mereka dalam kondisi yang sehat bagian reproduksinya. Pengetahuan yang dimiliki dua informan siswa dan siswi masih belum cukup, karena sebagian besar mereka hanya sekedar tahu dan tidak mengetahui lebih spesifik beberapa pertanyaan yang ditanyakan. Sikap tentang kesehatan reproduksi pada kedua informan sudah sangat baik dengan mereka menyikapi dengan positif melalui wawancara mendalam. Fakta kondisi saat ini kesehatan reproduksi kedua informan terjamin kesehatannya.

ABSTRACT
Reproductive health is the entire aspects of health associated with the reproductive system, along with its functions and processes which are in perfect condition both physically, mentally, and socially, which are not solely free from disease or disability. Basically, the knowledge regarding the reproductive health has to be obtained early from the parents, because the level of knowledge about reproductive health is one factor which can affect the adolescent sexual behavior. The result of Indonesia Demographic and Health Survey - Adolescent Reproductive Health of 2012 on the knowledge of female adolescents, it was found that 4.7% of them did know about the physical changes of puberty on female and 10.1% of them did not know about the physical changes of puberty on male. In male adolescents, 11.1% did not know about the physical changes of puberty on male and 21.2% did not know about the physical changes of puberty on female. The purpose of this research was to determine the knowledge and attitude towards adolescent reproductive health in Junior High School 10, Manado. This research used qualitative research. Informants taken in
this research were Principals, Counseling Teachers and Class Teachers who may explain the condition of the school and who understood the students in school, the next informant was one female student and one male student from grade IX. In this research, it is known that the knowledge about reproductive health in Junior High School 10, Manado was not favorable, because from the interview result of students, they do not have clear knowledge about leucorrhoea, Sexually Transmitted Diseases ranging from various of STD, the cause of STD, and the way of transmission, and about contraceptives. However, the attitude of students (informants) were favourable, because from the results of in-depth interviews, informants agreed about the positive things conducted on reproductive health and disagree with the negative matters. For the fact on the current condition of the informants, they were in a healthy reproductive condition, because during this research, the informants have never felt any pain in the reproductive organs. Knowledge owned by the two informants is still inadequate, because most of them did not know several questions asked more specifically. Attitudes about reproductive health on both informants have been very good with them responding positively through in-depth interviews. The fact on the current condition of reproductive health of both informants is guaranteed as healthy because it can be seen from the way of responding with positive reproductive health.
