HUBUNGAN ANTARA PENGETAHUAN DAN SIKAP IBU DENGAN PEMBERIAN ASI EKSKLUSIF PADA BAYI BERUSIA 6-12 BULAN DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS BAILANG KOTA MANADO

Abstract

Pencapaian ASI Eksklusif belum mencapai angka yang dihrapkan untuk mencapai target nasional sebesar 80%. Hasil data Riskesdas pada tahun 2013 menunjukkan pemberian ASI eksklusif di Indonesia saat ini masih sangat memperihatikan persentase bayi yang mendapat ASI eksklusif sampai 6 bulan hanya 30,2 %. Berdasarkan laporan indikator pembinaan gizi masyarakat pada tahun 2016 cakupan pemberian ASI eksklusif di Dinkes Kota Manado menunjukan bahwa persentase ASI eksklusif sebesar 36,9 % dan cakupan pemberian ASI eksklusif pada bulan januari sampai bulan juni 2017 untuk usiabayi 6-12 bulan dari 130 di Wilayah KerjaPuskesmas Bailang, yang mendapatkan ASI eksklusif hanya 35,7 % bayi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui hubungan dan sikap ibu dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Bailang Kota Manado. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survei analitik, dengan pendekatan cross Sectional Study. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu ibu yang mempunyai bayi berusia 6-12 bulan sebanyak 98 ibu sesuai kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Data yang didapatkan melalui wawancara menggunakan kuesioner.Analisis data menggunakan ujistatistik Chi Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara pengetahuan ibu dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif pada bayi berusia 6-12 bulan dengan menggunakan uji chi square didapatkan hasil p = 0,392 > 0,005. Untuk sikap ibu dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif pada bayi berusia 6-12 bulan tidak terdapat hubungan dengan hasil p = 0,714 > 0,05. Saran bagi ibu perlu meningkatkan kesadaran bahwa pentingnya pemberian ASI eksklusif. Selain itu juga ibu perlu meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang ASI eksklusif sehingga ibu dapat memberikan ASI eksklusif yang baikdan benar kepada anaknya.

ABSTRACT
Exclusive Breastfeeding Achievement has not reached the number reached to reach the national target of 80%. Riskesdas data results in 2013 showed exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia is still very concerned about the percentage of infants who received exclusive breastfeeding until 6 months only 30.2%. Based on the report on indicators of community nutrition development in 2016 coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in the Manado City Health Office showed that the percentage of exclusive breastfeeding was 36.9% and exclusive breastfeeding coverage from January to June 2017 for 6-12 months of infancy from 130 in the Working Area of Public Health Center Bailang, who get exclusive breastfeeding only 35.7% of infants. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship and attitude of mother with exclusive breast feeding in Work Area of Bailang Health Center of Manado City. This research uses analytic survey research method, with cross sectional study approach. Samples in this study were mothers who had infants aged 6-12 months as many as 98 mothers according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data obtained through interviews using questionnaires. Data analysis using Chi Square statistics. The results showed that there was no correlation between maternal knowledge with exclusive breastfeeding in infants aged 6-12 months using chi square test obtained p = 0,392> 0,005. For the mother's attitude with exclusive breastfeeding in infants aged 6-12 months there is no relationship with the results p = 0.714> 0.05. Suggestions for mothers need to raise awareness that the importance of exclusive breastfeeding. In addition, mothers need to increase knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding so that mothers can provide exclusive breastfeeding good and true to their children.
