FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PEMANFAATAN KEMBALI PELAYANAN OLEH PASIEN RAWAT JALAN DI POLIKLINIK PENYAKIT DALAM RUMAH SAKIT UMUM GMIM PANCARAN KASIH MANADO

Abstract

Pemanfaatan pelayanan Rumah Sakit merupakan perilaku yang timbul dari pasien sendiri oleh karena respon terhadap pemberi jasa, sehingga terdapat keinginan untuk melakukan kunjungan di tempat yang dirasa puas oleh pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan kembali pelayanan oleh pasien rawat jalan di poliklinik penyakit dalam Rumah Sakit Umum GMIM Pancaran Kasih Manado. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien umum rawat jalan di poliklinik penyakit dalam Rumah Sakit Umum Pancaran Kasih GMIM Manado pada bulan Januari-Juni 2018. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 86 pasien dengan melihat kriteria inklusi, pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan metode quota sampling. Alat ukur yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan uji chi square. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa hubungan disetiap variabel yang diteliti dengan pemanfaatan kembali pelayanan yaitu faktor peran keluarga (p= 0,018<0,05), faktor kemudahan dan kecepatan pelayanan (p=0,024<0,05) dan faktor fasilitas Rumah Sakit (p=0,451>0,05). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara faktor peran keluarga, faktor kemudahan dan kecepatan pelayanan dengan pemanfaatan kembali pelayanan. Tidak terdapat hubungan antara faktor fasilitas Rumah Sakit dengan pemanfaatan kembali pelayanan. Disarankan kepada pihak Rumah Sakit agar dapat memperhatikan lagi fasilitas Rumah Sakit yang menunjang untuk kelancaran pelayanan sehingga terciptanya pelayanan yang berkualitas.

ABSTRACT
Hospital service utilization is a behavior that arises from the patient himself because of the response to the service provider, so that there is a desire to make a visit in a place that feels satisfied by the patient.
This research aims to know the factors asspciated with the utilization of common services by the patient back outpatient clinics in diseases in a public hospital GMIM Pancaran Kasih Manado. The research is descriptive research analytical type by using the method of the approach of cross sectional. The population in this study are patients in outpatient clinics are common diseases in a public hospital GMIM Pancaran Kasih Manado in January-June 2018. The sample in this research totalled 86 patients by looking at the criteria of inclusion, sampling method by using the quota sampling. Measuring instrument used in this study is a questionnaire and data analysis using chi square test. Based on the results of the statistical test show that the relationships at each of the variables examined utilization of returned service i.e a factor of family roles (0,018<0,05), factor the ease and speed of service (p=0,024<0,05) and hospital facilities (p=0,451>0,05). The conclusion of this research is the relationship between the role of the family factor, factor in the ease and speed of service with return service utilization. There is no relation between factors of Hospital facilities with the utilization of returned service. It is recommended to the hospital in order to be noticed again the Hospital facilities conducive to smooth service so that the creation of a quality service.
