GAMBARAN PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM KESEHATAN DAN KESELAMATAN KERJA RUMAH SAKIT (K3RS) DI RSUD MARIA WALANDA MARAMIS KABUPATEN MINAHASA UTARA

Abstract

Rumah sakit memiliki potensi bahaya yang disebabkan oleh faktor fisik, kimia, biologi, ergonomi, dan psikososial. Potensi bahaya yang begitu banyak, mengharuskan rumah sakit menerapkan upaya kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja rumah sakit (K3RS). K3RS bertujuan untuk menjamin dan melindungi keselamatan dan kesehatan bagi sumber daya manusia rumah sakit, pasien, pendamping pasien, pengunjung, maupun lingkungan rumah sakit melalui upaya pencegahan kecelakaan kerja dan penyakit akibat kerja di rumah sakit. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif untuk menggambarkan pelaksanaan program kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja rumah sakit (K3RS) di RSUD Maria Walanda Maramis Kabupaten Minahasa Utara. Waktu penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Mei sampai dengan November 2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukan program pelayanan kesehatan kerja yang telah terlaksana namun belum optimal berjumlah 9 program sedangkan yang belum terlaksana berjumlah 1 program. Program pelayanan keselamatan kerja yang terlaksana dengan baik berjumlah 1 program, yang terlaksana namun belum optimal berjumlah 8 program dan 1 program yang belum terlaksana. Kesimpulan yang didapat pelaksanaan program K3RS sudah berjalan namun belum maksimal. Saran yaitu perlu menambah tenaga kerja yang berkompeten di bidang ergonomi dan K3RS, perlu dilakukan sosialisasi tentang K3RS, dan perlu menambah sarana prasarana tanggap darurat.

ABSTRACT

Hospitals have potential hazards caused by physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic, and psychosocial factors. The potential hazards are so numerous, requiring hospitals to implement hospital health and safety efforts (K3RS). K3RS aims to guarantee and protect the safety and health of hospital human resources, patients, patient companions, visitors, and the hospital environment through efforts to prevent occupational accidents and illnesses caused by work in hospitals. This type of research is qualitative to illustrate the implementation of a hospital's occupational health and safety program (K3RS) at Maria Walanda Maramis Regional Hospital in North Minahasa Regency. When the study was conducted in May to November 2019. The results showed that the work health service program that has been implemented but not yet optimal amounted to 9 programs while those that have not been implemented totaled 1 program. Work safety service programs that have been implemented well amount to 1 program, which have been implemented but not yet optimally, amounting to 8 programs and 1 program that has yet to be implemented. The conclusions obtained from the implementation of the K3RS program are already running but not yet maximally. Suggestions are that it is necessary to add competent workforce in the field of ergonomics and K3RS, socialization of K3RS needs to be done, and need to increase the infrastructure of emergency response infrastructure.
