HUBUNGAN ANTARA SIKAP KERJA DAN UMUR DENGAN KELUHAN MUSCULOSKELETAL PADA TENAGA CLEANING SERVICE DI RSUP PROF. DR. R. D. KANDOU MANADO

Abstract

Keluhan musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) merupakan keluhan pada bagian-bagian otot rangka yang dirasakan seseorang dari keluhan sangat ringan hinga sangat sakit. Keluhan musculoskeletal merupakan keluhan sakit, nyeri dan pegal pada sistem otot yang disebabkan oleh peregangan otot yang berlebihan, aktifitas secara berulang, sikap kerja tidak alamiah, faktor sekunder seperti tekanan, getaran dan mikromilat dan faktor penyebab individu seperti umur, jenis kelamin, kebiasaaan merokok, kesegaran jasmani, dan kekuatan fisik yang akhirnya membuat seseorang tidak dapat melakukan pergerakan anggota tubuh yang dapat mengakibatkan efesiensi kerja berkurang dan produktivitas menurun. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode observasional analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan antara sikap kerja dan umur dengan keluhan musculoskeletal pada tenaga cleaning service di RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado. Besar sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 orang. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan yaitu lembar metode Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) untuk sikap kerja serta kuesioner Nordic Body Map (NBM) untuk keluhan musculoskeletal. Analisis data menggunakan uji rank spearman (p<0,05). Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara sikap kerja dengan keluhan musculoskeletal dengan p value=0,004 dengan nilai r value=0,365 atau tingkat hubungan rendah dengan arah hubungan yang positif, dan terdapat hubungan antara umur dengan keluhan musculoskeletal dengan p value=0,001 dengan nilai r value=0,409 atau tingkat hubungan sedang dengan arah hubungan yang positif.

ABSTRACT

Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are complaints in parts of skeletal muscle that are felt by a person from very mild to very painful complaints. Musculoskeletal complaints are complaints of aches, pains and aches in the muscular system caused by excessive stretching of muscles, repetitive activities, unnatural work posture, secondary factors such as pressure, vibration and micromylates and individual causative factors such as age, sex, smoking habits, physical fitness, and physical strength that ultimately makes a person unable to do limb movements which can result in reduced work efficiency and decreased productivity. This research is a quantitative study using analytic observational method with cross sectional design. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between work attitude and age with musculoskeletal complaints on cleaning service personnel at Prof. RSUP Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado. The sample size in this study amounted to 60 people. The research instrument used was the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method sheet for work posture and the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire for musculoskeletal complaints. Data analysis used the Spearman rank test (p <0.05). The results in this study indicate that there is a relationship between work attitude and musculoskeletal complaints with p value = 0.004 with r value = 0.365 or low level of relationship with positive direction of relationship, and there is a relationship between age with musculoskeletal complaints with p value = 0.001 with value r value = 0.409 or the level of moderate relationship with the direction of a positive relationship.
