GAMBARAN ASUPAN ZAT GIZI MAKRO MAHASISWA SEMESTER VI FAKULTAS KESEHATAN MASYARAKAT UNSRAT SAAT PEMBATASAN SOSIAL MASA PANDEMI COVID-19
Abstract
Asupan zat gizi makro merupakan kemampuan seseorang untuk mengkonsumsi suatu makanan. Zat gizi makro berupa Karbohidrat, Lemak dan Protein sangat penting dan berpengaruh terhadap status gizi mahasiswa, karena zat gizi makro dapat membantu dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan gizi secara efisien untuk kemampuan kerja, dan pergerakan aktifitas selama perkuliahan. Tercukupinya asupan zat gizi makro ditengah pandemi Covid-19, maka dapat meningkatkan sistem kekebalan tubuh sehingga dapat terhindar dari virus Covid-19. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran asupan zat gizi makro mahasiswa Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Unsrat Mahasiswa Semester VI saat pembatasan sosial masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian survei deskriptif, yang dilaksanakan di Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Sam Ratulangi pada bulan April sampai Oktober 2020. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa aktif semester VI Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Sam Ratulangi, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 128 mahasiswa. Alat ukur penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner formulir Food Record dalam 2x24 jam. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki tingkat asupan karbohidrat kurang yaitu sebanyak 120 orang (93,8%), tingkat asupan lemak kurang sebanyak 100 orang (78,1%), dan tingkat asupan protein kurang sebanyak 71 orang (55,5%).

ABSTRACT
Intake of macronutrients is a person's ability to consume a food. Macronutrients in the form of Carbohydrates, Fats and Proteins are very important and affect the nutritional status of students, because macronutrients can help in meeting nutritional needs efficiently for work ability, and movement of activities during lectures. Adequate intake of macronutrients in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, it can improve the immune system so that it can avoid the Covid-19 virus. The purpose of this study is to find out the picture of macro nutrient intake of students of the Faculty of Public Health Unsrat Students Semester VI during social restrictions during the covid-19 pandemic. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive survey research design, which was conducted at the Faculty of Public Health, Sam Ratulangi University in April to October 2020. The subject of this study was an active student of semester VI of the Faculty of Public Health, Sam Ratulangi University, with a sample of 128 students. This research measuring instrument uses Food Record form questionnaires in 2x24 hours. Data analysis using univariate analysis. The results of this study showed that most respondents had a less carbohydrate intake level of 120 people (93.8%), less fat intake level of 100 people (78.1%), and less protein intake level of 71 people (55.5%).
