GAMBARAN PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM KESEHATAN DAN KESELAMATAN KERJA RUMAH SAKIT (K3RS) DI RSUD ANUGERAH KOTA TOMOHON

Abstract

Rumah sakit yang merupakan salah satu tempat kerja dimana memiliki banyak fakto risiko yang menyebabkan terjadinya penyakit akibat kerja (PAK) dan kecelakaan yang diakibatkan oleh pekerjaan. Untuk itu setiap rumah sakit diwajibkan untuk memenuhi setiap aspek yang berhubungan dengan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja di Rumah Sakit (K3RS) dalam rangka menjamin setiap SDM rumah sakit dari bahaya yang akan memungkinkan terjadi. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian Kualitatif menggunakan desain deskriptif dengan menganalisis pelaksanaan program K3RS yang diwawancarai secara mendalam terhadap 5 orang informan atau narasumber yang telah ditentukan, yaitu Direktur Rumah Sakit, Sekretaris Tim  K3RS, Dokter, 1 orang Perawat, dan Cleaning Service di RSUD Anugerah Tomohon. Berdasarkan  hasil wawancara yang dilakukan kepada informan terdapat program yang berjalan dengan baik yaitu pengobatan dan perawatan bagi karyawan rumah sakit  dan  pelaksanaan  pembinaan  serta  pengawasan terhadap sanitair. Program pelayanan  K3RS  yang belum terlaksana dengan baik yaitu pemeriksaan sebelum bekerja, pemeriksaan secara khusus, pendidikan dan pelatihan tentang K3  di rumah sakit. Ada juga program-program  yang berhubungan dengan keselamatan kerja yang belum terlaksana dengan baik seperti pelaksanaan pembinaan dan pengawasan kesehatan sarana, prasarana dan peralatan kesehatan pembinaan dan pengawasan terhadap manajemen sistem pencegahan dan penanggulangan kebakaran. Dan progam pelayanan K3RS  yang belum dilaksanakan oleh rumah sakit yaitu pemeriksaan  kesehatan secara berkala kepada seluruh karyawan rumah sakit yang ada.

 ABSTRACT
The hospital is one of the workplaces where there are many risk factors that cause occupational diseases (PAK) and work-related accidents. For this reason, every hospital is required to fulfill every aspect related to Health and Safety at the Hospital (K3RS) in order to ensure every hospital's human resources from the dangers that might occur. This research is a qualitative research type using descriptive design by analyzing the implementation of the K3RS program which was interviewed in-depth with 5 predetermined informants or sources, namely the Hospital Director, the Secretary of the K3RS Team, a Doctor, 1 Nurse, and Cleaning Service at Anugerah Tomohon Hospital. Based on the results of interviews conducted with informants, there is a program that is running well, namely medication and care for hospital employees and the implementation of guidance and supervision of sanitation. The K3RS service program that has not been implemented properly is pre-work checks, special examinations, education and training on K3 in hospitals. There are also programs related to work safety that have not been implemented properly, such as the implementation of health guidance and supervision of facilities, infrastructure and health equipment, guidance and supervision of the management of fire prevention and control systems. And the K3RS service program that has not been implemented by the hospital, namely periodic health checks for all existing hospital employees.
