TINJAUAN SISTEMATIS HUBUNGAN MOTIVASI KERJA DENGAN KEPATUHAN PENGGUNAAN ALAT PELINDUNG DIRI (APD) PADA PERAWAT DI RUMAH SAKIT

Abstract

Latar belakang: alat pelindung diri adalah perlengkapan kerja yang digunakan untuk mejamin keselamatan pekerja berupa baju pelindung, sarung tangan, masker n95, penutup kepala, goggles, sepatu pelindung dan face shield yang membantu melindungi pekerja dari bahaya fisik, kimia, biologis/ infeksi yang berada dilingkungan rumah sakit. Tujuan: tujuan studi ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi kerja dengan kepatuhan penggunaan diri apd pada perawat dir rumah sakit. Metode: penelitian ini menggunakan metode tinjauan sistematis. Telaah literatur dilaksanakan  pada juni-oktober 2020. Penelusuran melalui media elektronik database google scholar dan pubmed. Kata kunci pencarian yang dipakai yaitu pekerja rumah sakit, perawat, petugas kesehatan, apd, kepatuhan perawat dan motivasi perawat. Analisis data dilakukan sesuai dengan prisma 2009. Hasil: artikel yang dipakai dalam studi ini sebanyak 5 artikel yang menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan motivasi perawat dengan kepatuhan menggunakan apd dirumah sakit. Kesimpulan: ada hubungan motivasi perawat dengan kepatuhan menggunakan alat pelindung diri (apd).

ABSTRACT

Background: personal protective equipment is work equipment used to ensure the safety of workers in the form of protective clothing, gloves, n95 masks, headgear, goggles, protective shoes and face shields that help protect workers from physical, chemical, biological / infection hazards that are present. In the hospital environment. Purpose: the purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between work motivation and self-use compliance with nurses at the hospital. Method: this study used a systematic review method. The literature review was carried out in june-october 2020. Search through the electronic media database google scholar and pubmed. The search keywords used were hospital workers, nurses, health workers, apd, nurse compliance and nurse motivation. Data analysis was carried out in accordance with prisma 2009. Results: there are 5 articles used in this study which show that there is a relationship between nurses' motivation and compliance with using apd in the hospital. Conclusion: there is A Relationship Between Nurse Motivation And Compliance With Using Personal Protective Equipment (Ppe).
