Abstract

Pedoman Umum Gizi Seimbang (PUGS) bertujuan untuk memberikan pedoman kepada seluruh masyarakat tentang pola makan dan perilaku yang sehat berdasarkan prinsip berbagai makanan, perilaku.hidup.bersih.dan.sehat, aktivitas.fisik, dan menjaga berat.badan yang sehat, salah.satunya.dengan.menerapkan.4.pilar.gizi. seimbang. Penyakit yang saat ini terjadi di Indonesia adalah corona virus. Untuk. mencegah.dan.mengendalikan.penyebaran COVID-19.penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan.pedoman.gizi.seimbang.bagi.mahasiswasemester.IV.Fakultas.Kesehatan.Masyarakat.Universitas.Sam.Ratulangi.selama…masa.pandemi.COVID-19. Sampel.100.orang. Penelitian.dilaksanakan.diFakultas.Kesehatan.Masyarakat.Universitas.Sam.Ratulangi.pada.bulan.Juni.hingga.Januari.2021.Pengumpulan.data.dilakukan.dengan.menyebarkan.kuesioner.online.melalui aplikasi.Google.Forms.Hasil.penelitian.menunjukkan.bahwa.penerapan.pedoman umum.gizi.seimbang.pada.mahasiswa.semester.4.Fakultas.Kesehatan.Masyarakat.Universitas.Sam.Ratulangi.sebagian.besar.masuk.pada.kategori.cukup.yaitu.sebanyak..85.orang..(85,0%).dan.yang.termasuk.pada.kategori.baik.sebanyak.6.orang.(6,0%).adapun.yang.termasuk.pada.kategori.kurang.Sebanyak.9.orang.(9,0%).

ABSTRACT

The General Guidelines for Balanced Nutrition (PUGS) aim to provide guidance to the entire community on healthy eating patterns and behaviors based on the principles of various foods, clean and healthy living behavior, physical activity, and maintaining a healthy weight. The disease currently occurring in Indonesia is the corona virus. To prevent and control the spread of COVID-19, one of them is by applying the 4 basic principles of a balanced diet. This study aims to describe the application of balanced nutrition guidelines for fourth semester students of the Faculty of Public Health, Sam Ratulangi University during the COVID19 pandemic. sample of 100 people. The research was conducted at the Faculty of Public Health, Sam Ratulangi University from June to Januari 2021. Data was collected by distributing online questionnaires through the Google Forms application. The results showed that the application of general guidelines for balanced nutrition in 4th semester students of the Faculty of Public Health, Sam Ratulangi University, was mostly in the sufficient category, namely 85 people (85.0%) and 6 people (6.0%) included in the good category as for those included in the less category as many as 9 people (9.0%).
