Salmonellaasp. merupakannsalah satuubakteriiiyangmmengkontaminasiitelur. Peternakan telurrayammras diiKecamatan Dimembe merupakannsalah satu produsen telur untukkmenunjang kebutuhannmasyarakat.

ABSTRACT
Salmonella sp. is one of the bacteria that contaminate eggs. The broiler egg farm in Dimembe District is one of the egg producers to support the needs of the community. Eggs can be contaminated on farms which are then consumed by the community with improper processing which can cause health problems. This study aims to determine the presence of Salmonella sp. on eggs. The research method uses a descriptive type of research with inspections at the Laboratory of Fish Quarantine Center for Quality Control and Safety of Fishery Products Manado. The measuring instrument used is the results of the biochemical test reaction of TSIA, LDB, Urea, Indole. The research sample was taken using the convenience sampling method, totaling 18 samples with 6 samples from each farm taken once. The results showed that 3 samples of egg shells from two farms were positive for Salmonella sp. while for all samples of egg white and yolk were not found Salmonella sp. It is expected that farms will pay attention to the cleanliness of egg shells before being circulated and routinely carry out biosecurity in farms.
