Analisis Potensi Bahaya Dengan Menggunakan Metode Job Safety Analysis di Peternakan Ayam Desa Pinabetengan

Abstract

Mengenali bahaya di tempat kerja perlu adanya konfirmasi dan identifikasi keberadaan bahaya di tempat kerja dengan memutuskan pengaruh bahaya serta berapa parah risiko bahaya dan pengandalian atau pemecahan masalah dari bahaya tersebut. Dalam proses identifikasi bahaya serta penilaian risiko di tempat kerja dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Penerapan metode JSA ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya yang ada pada area kerja dengan mengaitkan antara para pekerja, proses bekerja, peralatan kerja dan lingkungan kerja agar para pekerja terhindar dari kecelakaan yang dapat menyebabkan kerugian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bahaya-bahaya pada pekerja peternak ayam di desa Pinabetengan dengan menggunakan metode Job Safety Analysis (JSA) .Sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian tersebut, maka peneliti menggunakan penelitian Kualitatif. Instrument yang dugunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah peneliti sendiri bersama  dengan lembar  job safety analysis, alat perekam, kamera dan alat tulis. Menurut wawancara bahaya yang dapat terjadi pada saat membersihkan kandang yaitu terkena debu dari serbuk-serbuk yang biasa di gunakan untuk kandang ayam, terpapar virus dan bakter yang ada pada kotoran ayam saat membesihkan dan terkena bahan kimia pada saat menyemprotkan obat untuk kandang ayam. Penggunaan APD seperti masker dan kacamata pelindung sangat berfungsi untuk mencegah debu agar tidak terhirup dan tidak terkena dimata oleh pekerja, serta membersihkan diri saat selesai membersihkan kandang ayam.

ABSTRACT

Recognizing hazards in the workplace requires confirmation and identification of the presence of hazards in the workplace by determining the effect of the hazard and how severe the hazard risk is and controlling or solving the problem of the hazard. In the process of hazard identification and risk assessment in the workplace, it can be done using the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method. The application of the JSA method aims to analyze and identify potential hazards in the work area by linking workers, work processes, work equipment and the work environment so that workers avoid accidents that can cause losses. This study aims to analyze the hazards of chicken farmer workers in Pinabetengan village using the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method. In accordance with the objectives of the study, the researchers used qualitative research. The instruments used in this study were the researchers themselves who were assisted with job safety analysis sheets, recording devices, cameras and stationery. According to the interview, the dangers that can occur when cleaning the cage are exposure to dust from the powders commonly used for chicken coops, exposure to viruses and bacteria present in chicken manure when cleaning and exposure to chemicals when spraying medicine for chicken coops. The use of PPE such as masks and protective goggles is very useful to prevent dust from being inhaled and from being exposed to the eyes by workers, as well as cleaning yourself when you finish cleaning the chicken coop.
