ABSTRACT

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the Puskesmas was responsible for handling Covid-19. With this pandemic, infrastructure facilities are needed that can support puskesmas in providing health services. Health workers also need to be strengthened to be able to contribute actively in providing excellent health services. The purpose of this study is to see the relationship between infrastructure and health workers and health services during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Kombos Health Center in Manado City. This research is a quantitative study using an analytic survey method with a cross-sectional design (cross-sectional study). The research sample was 95 respondents who were taken by purposive sampling method and analyzed using the chi square test. The results of the analysis were that 78.4% of patients answered that infrastructure was in the good category, 81.4% of patients answered in the good category for health workers, and for health services, 71.1% answered in the good category. The results of the chi square test for infrastructure facilities with health services had a ρ-value of 0.001, and for health workers with health services a ρ-value of 0.006. There was a relationship between infrastructure facilities and health workers and health services during the Covid-19 pandemic
