Kepemimpinan dan Kepuasan Kerja Kaitannya dengan Turnover Intention
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and job satisfaction on turnover intention. The approach used in this study is a quantitative method, with analysis using SEM PLS. The results showed that leadership has a positive and significant influence on turnover intention. While job satisfaction does not affect turnover intention. Likewise job satisfaction does not mediate leadership towards turnover intention. With the results of this study, it is hoped that company management needs to build positive attitudes of employees by providing motivation so that their job satisfatction is maintained. Thus, employees will not be influenced by external factors to have the desire to leave the workplace.References
