This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and job placement on employee performance at PT Telkom Manado. Recruitment Variables in Test Using 5 indicators, Placement Variable using 4 indicators, Employee Performance Variables using 6 indicators. The total population at PT Telkom Manado is 50 respondents. by using the method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square and using SmartPLS 3.0 software. Partial Least Square is a predictive technique that can handle many independent variables, even if there is multi-collinearity between these variables. The data collection technique was carried out by conducting a literature review and distributing questionnaires to respondents. The results of my research conclude that recruitment has a great effect on employee performance because considering the recruitment process is the first step to finding and finding qualified applicants according to company expectations, while placement also greatly affects employee performance because PT Telkom places their employees according to educational backgrounds. They went through.
