PENGARUH ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING TERHADAP EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE YANG DIMEDIASI OLEH KNOWLEDGE SHARING

Abstract: This study aims to determine and test the Influence of Organizational Learning on Employee Performance Mediated by Knowledge Sharing. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population used in this study were employees at the Department of Manpower, the Department of Population and Civil Registration, the Department of PTSP, The sample in this study used the census method or saturated sample so that the sample in the study was 125 respondents. The analysis method for testing the hypothesis in this study is Smart Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS 4.0).
The test results show that Organizational Learning has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Learning has a significant effect on Knowledge Sharing, Knowledge Sharing has a significant effect on Employee Performance and Organizational Learning has a significant effect on Employee Performance through Knowledge Sharing as a mediating variable
