PENGARUH WORK-LIFE BALANCE TERHADAP PENINGKATAN EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE MELALUI EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT DAN JOB SATISFACTION SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI

This study aims to determine the Effect of Work-Life Balance on Improving Employee Performance Through Employee Engagement and Job Satisfaction as Mediating Variables. This study is a quantitative study. The population of this study were employees at the Weda General Hospital, Central Halmahera Regency, the sample calculation used in the study used the Slovin formula so that the sample in this study amounted to 181 respondents. The data analysis technique used was path modeling with Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) version 4 as a statistical test tool.
The results of this study indicate that: Work Life Balance and Employee Engagement have a significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Life Balance has a significant effect on Employee Engagement and Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Life Balance has a significant effect on Employee Performance Through Employee Engagement As a Mediating Variable and Work Life Balance does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance Through Job Satisfaction As a Mediating Variable
