Abstrak

Persaingan industri yang semakin ketat menuntut perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang efektif. Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP), gaya kepemimpinan, dan budaya kerja merupakan faktor penting yang diduga memengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh SOP, gaya kepemimpinan, dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Sasa Inti Minahasa Selatan, khususnya pada bagian Warehouse Finish Good. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 60 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SOP, gaya kepemimpinan, dan budaya kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, secara simultan ketiga variabel tersebut juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,602 menunjukkan bahwa 60,2% variasi kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh SOP, gaya kepemimpinan, dan budaya kerja, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penerapan SOP yang konsisten, kepemimpinan yang efektif, serta budaya kerja yang kondusif memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.
