Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of work-life balance and employee engagement on turnover intention. Data was collected through questionnaires to 50 respondents, then analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with a partial least square approach. The results showed that the work-life balance had a significant effect on turnover intention. While employee engagement as a moderate work-life balance does not affect the turnover of the intention. Similarly, employee engagement does not contribute to employee turnover intention. Based on this research, the management of the company should pay attention to the work workplace balance so that employees can fulfill the obligations of work in the Office with their family commitments, as well as other non-employment responsibilities.
